Corinna Enders and Kristina Haverkamp form dena’s management team. Together with around 600 employees, they work towards the goal of a climate-neutral economy and society.
dena’s management team provides the company with a strategic direction, monitors its profitability and keeps an eye on the company’s purpose: the implementation of the German government’s policy goals on energy and the climate. In doing so, the team pays particular attention to effectiveness and sustainability as well as a high level of employee satisfaction. The management team is in constant dialogue with the managers and reports regularly to dena’s Supervisory Board. The team represents dena at numerous meetings and on various committees.
Corinna Enders has been the Chairperson of the Management Board since October 2023. In this function, she is responsible for dena’s operational and strategic development, content-related orientation, public representation and communication.

Corinna Enders has been Chairperson of the Management Board since October 2023. In this function, she is responsible for dena’s operational and strategic development as well as its content-related orientation. Her work focuses on supporting the German government and all actors involved in the transformation to climate neutrality.
This was followed by a stint as Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) in Nairobi, Kenya. She then worked for the BMUV again as deputy head of the ‘International Climate Protection’ unit.
Before joining dena, Corinna Enders was Managing Director of Zukunft – Umwelt – Gesellschaft (ZUG) gGmbH in Berlin, where she built up and expanded the company. Her responsibilities there included strategic and operational management, issue and focus setting, political communication and representation of the society.
Corinna Enders was born in Berlin in 1977 and grew up in Tübingen. She is a member of the extended Executive Committee of the Wirtschaftsforum der SPD e.V.
Kristina Haverkamp has been dena’s Managing Director since October 2015. As such, she is responsible for commercial administration, as well as the key areas of international cooperation and sustainability in transport.

Kristina Haverkamp has been dena’s Managing Director since October 2015. As such, she is responsible for commercial administration, as well as the key areas of international cooperation and sustainability in transport –
Kristina Haverkamp studied law in Germany, Switzerland and the USA. She began her career in the German Foreign Office as a consultant in international environmental policy, and later became a rapporteur for the transport sector at the Federal Cartel Office.
She was subsequently appointed to the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs, the Federal Ministry of Finance, and the Permanent Representation of Germany to the EU, where, most recently, as Head of the Department of Economics, the ministerial adviser was in charge of energy and environmental policy, as well as industrial policy and policies relating to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Kristina Haverkamp is a member of the Executive Committee of the Weltenergierat – Deutschland e.V. (World Energy Council – Germany).
Kristina Haverkamp was born in 1961 and is the mother of a son.
