This department shares knowledge, assembles topics and brings together stakeholders
Work areas
- Events team: responsible for the design, planning, organisation and successful implementation of more than 300 events per year
- Customer Relationship Management team: responsible for addressing our target groups in a tailored way
These five teams work together in the newsroom:
- Corporate Content and Concept/Internal Communication team: responsible for the content design, creation and playout of formats via our channels both externally and internally as well as communication with the Accounts department and the Supervisory Board
- Digital team: responsible for the technical support of dena’s various websites and digital channels and its numerous projects
- Press team: responsible for communication with and via traditional media, ranging from trade journals and podcasts to TV appearances by our experts
- Corporate Design and Production team: responsible for the visualisation of dena’s content, for graphic design work, photos and videos, for a stringent corporate design and a coherent brand presence
- Specialist Communications team: responsible for the technical quality of the communication formats and seamless cooperation between the communication division and dena’s departments and staff units
