The dena guide on energy supply contracting present the practical steps for implementing energy supply contracting – from project development to contract conclusion – in two parts.

  • Part 1 conveys experiences with the awarding of contracts in federal-owned properties and provides answers to typical questions from building authorities. It describes all the essential steps for an energy supply contracting project, starting with the preparations, the award procedures and the process flow through to the tender evaluation.
  • Part 2 contains comprehensive working materials for the legally compliant award of energy supply contracting contracts. A heat supply contract is currently available for download as a model.

The guide was written by dena’s Centre of Expertise for Contracting, which acts on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).
