Call for pitches: Your idea for the cross-border energy transition

Are you planning an innovative energy project in a German border region that links you to a neighbouring country, or have you already begun to implement it? If so, apply now to present at our pitch session at the 'Energy without Borders' event on 24 September 2025 in Berlin. This event is organised by the German Energy Agency (dena) as part of the German-Polish Energy Platform, in cooperation with the European Commission Representation in Germany. 

The competition is looking for project ideas in the field of renewable energies, including shared energy infrastructure, storage solutions, and cross-border heat utilisation. Municipal players, such as public utilities and private energy companies, who wish to spearhead creative local solutions, are particularly encouraged to participate.
