Register extract
The register extract documents
- the keeping of the proof of quantity in the mass balance system of the Biogasregister
- the existence of the original certificates (expert opinions)
- a summary of the documented properties based on the expert reports
According to the requirements of the design aid by the federal ministry for the environment, nature conservation, nuclear safety and consumer protection (BMU) for mass balancing, the Biogasregister extract is considered a database extract of a mass balancing system.
Each register extract is given a number which can be used to check its validity, among other things.
Register extract types
There are two types of Biogasregister extracts. These can be distinguished by the title that appears on each page of the extract:
Biogasregister extract on a biogas delivery (mass balance)
The biogas was supplied from the production plant to the consumer via the natural gas grid.
Biogasregister extract via a biogas certificate
During transportation, the commodity gas was separated from the biogenic properties and later recombined at the consumer.
Provisional register extract
In addition to the two types of register statement, there is also a provisional register statement. This shows all the information that will be available on the register extract, but does not result in the batch being written off. The provisional register extract only serves as information about a batch and is not valid as proof.
Inspection of reports
All recipients of Biogasregister extracts can apply to the registry for access to the expert reports on which this extract is based. A written request is required for inspection. In this case, please contact us!
