Published today, the dena study reveals the prevailing opinions of energy efficiency experts. The aim of the survey was to gain insight into what they have concluded from discussions with customers and to identify the hurdles preventing a fast ramp-up in the production of heat pumps. In this manner, dena is showing its support of the German federal government’s goal of installing 500,000 heat pumps starting in 2024 already. dena is a participant in the summit set up by Robert Habeck (Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action) and Klara Geywitz (Federal Minister for Housing, Urban Development and Building) to accelerate the ramp-up in the production of heat pumps.
