Biographie Peter Reitz
Peter Reitz ist seit 2011 Vorsitzender des Vorstands der EEX. Zwischen 2011 und 2023 war er außerdem CEO der European Commodity Clearing (ECC). Vor seiner Ernennung begleitete er bereits seit 2007 die Entwicklung der EEX und ihres Clearinghauses ECC als Mitglied des jeweiligen Aufsichtsrats.
Seine Karriere startete Peter Reitz bei der Deutsche Börse AG in Frankfurt, zudem war er bei Dow Jones Indexes in New York tätig. Im Jahr 2001 stieß er zur Terminbörse Eurex, bei der er bis Dezember 2018 eine Position als Vorstandsmitglied innehielt. Peter ist Diplom-Mathematiker.
