Biographie Dr. Dominic Ponattu
Dominic Ponattu ist seit 2025 Gruppenleiter für Industrie, Energie, Forschung, Verteidigungswirtschaft im Bundeskanzleramt, zuvor war er bereits seit 2021 im Bundeskanzleramt tätig. Zu seinem Portfolio gehören unter anderen die energieintensive Industrie sowie die Energiepolitik und Energiewende in Deutschland und Europa. Bis 2019 war Dominic Ponattu im privaten Sektor tätig, unter anderem als Strategieberater bei Roland Berger und für die Bertelsmann Stiftung, mit Fokus auf die Themenbereiche Energie, Infrastruktur und den EU-Binnenmarkt.
Studium Bachelor of Science in Economics and Government (First Class) an der London School of Economics, dort ebenso Abschluss Master of Science (Distinction); Promotion an der Universität Mannheim. Dominic Ponattu wurde als „Top 40 unter 40“ im Capital Magazin ausgezeichnet, ist Young Leader der Atlantik-Brücke und Alumnus der Bucerius Summer School sowie der Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes.
