08 - 09/11/2021 Climate Change – Uncharted Territory

dena Energy Transition Congress

The dena Energy Transition Congress is the leading cross-sector event on the energy transition and climate protection. This year’s conference will welcome 1200 delegates for a varied and wide-ranging discussion on climate neutrality, integrated energy transition and innovation, all under the theme of ‘Climate Change – Uncharted Territory’.

This year’s dena Energy Transition Congress will take place at the bcc Berlin Congress Centre on 8 and 9 November, shortly after the German parliamentary elections. We will be bringing the energy transition community together from across all relevant sectors of the economy under the theme of ‘Climate Change – Uncharted Territory’. The Congress will unite key stakeholders from the fields of politics, the economy, science, research, the media and start-ups under one roof to tackle a wide range of topics. Discussions at this year’s Congress on the advent of climate neutrality, integrated energy transition and innovation will feature two top-level opening panels, as well as twenty-six specialist sessions.

For the first time, we will be offering a programme with an expanded international dimension, focusing on the integrated topics of energy transition and climate protection beyond Germany’s borders.

We are also excited to announce that we are again planning to incorporate the Annual Biogas Partner Conference and the Energy Efficiency Award Ceremony as an integral feature of this year’s dena Energy Congress.

This year’s dena Energy Transition Congress will be held in Berlin as a live event. In addition, we will be offering you the opportunity to take part in selected sessions as an online attendee. For more details, please consult the dena Energy Transition Congress website.
