On 1 July 2009, the federal cabinet adopted the "Basic principles for good corporate and investment management in a federal context". These principles were revised and approved by the Federal Government on September 16, 2020. (Announcement of the federal ministry of finance, September 16, 2020 (VIII B 1 FB 0203/20/1002:003). This set of rules contains basic provisions for applicable laws regarding the managing and monitoring companies in which the federal government has a stake, as well as internationally and nationally recognised standards of good and responsible corporate governance. The goal is to make corporate governance and supervision more transparent.
In light of this, dena’s management has declared that its organisation shall comply with the recommendations of the Public Corporate Governance Codex and has hence published the relevant documents below.
