Toke Liengaard

Danish Energy Agency

Toke Liengaard is an advisor in Global Cooperation at the Danish Energy Agency, with a background in district heating and heat planning. He has previously worked as a heat planner in a Danish municipality and in the national heating office at DEA before joining Global Cooperation. Toke has especially worked with policy development and regulatory affairs in relation to District heating. Apart from working with district heating, Toke is also teamleader on the DEA’s cooperation with Mexico.
