Bankable Energy Efficiency Projects (BEEP) Page  This project has ended.

The implementation of energy efficiency projects in Central European countries is still way below what it might be. The reason for this can be found in unfavourable conditions for the financing of efficiency projects on the one hand, and in a lack of knowledge when it comes to the identification of suitable projects and drawing up corresponding business and financial plans on the other.
